Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must not be damaged
- PRODUCT MUST BE UNOPENED
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
You may cancel your order at any time. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We ship securely & Discreetly World Wide! Within the US you have two options. First Class & Priority Shipping. All orders come with Tracking Included. You will receive a Tracking Number at the email you provide upon checkout.

We regret to inform everyone that once again, the US Postal Rates have gone up and in some countries, First Class has been completely eliminated. As far as we know already Australia and New Zealand are one of the regions where First Class has been eliminated. The cost of shipping has literally TRIPLED. Priority Mail (3-5 business days) is the only option. Looking into UPS or FedEx the prices are even more astronomical. We know this is going to make it to where it will be impossible for our Australia and New Zealand customers, which we have several, to order from us again. This we inform you with heavy hearts. As this is beyond our control.
Also, due to this increase WORLD WIDE not just in the States, we have changed our shipping settings upon checkout. From here on out shipping will be PRECISELY calculated upon checkout, no matter where you are in the world. This is to ensure our customers get the exact, cheapest rate possible. We will continue to look for ways to keep our shipping as low as possible as the rates keep going up.
Guaranteed means Guaranteed. If you don't receive your package for any reason we will reship at no cost to you!
Due to our increased volume of orders your tracking will be sent within 48 hours and your package will be sent within 3 business days. You should still receive your order within the week from purchase.
